Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure satchel.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5 business days of arrival.
